Analytical center of Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency

Tasks and functions:

- Implementation of the state policy in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency;

- analytical support of the Institute;

- analysis of energy audits of GER subjects at the time of their compliance with established requirements and the effectiveness of measures to improve the quality of energy audits conducted in the Republic;

- Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of energy saving and energy efficiency measures implemented by the GER entities, as well as action plans developed by the GER entities following the results of energy audits.

- Regarding the implementation of the state policy in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

- development of recommendations on the implementation of the state policy in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency;

- Conducting an analysis of the practical implementation of the Law "On Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Improvement" and associated normative and legal acts;

- development and submission to the authorized body of proposals, recommendations on introducing changes and amendments to the legislative, regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency;

- Preparation of analytical notes, reports, articles, presentations.
