Energy entities of Pavlodar region will pay for damage to the nature.

" Ekibastuz- GRES 2 as a result of an administrative proceeding was fined 705 million tenge for the implementation of emissions into the environment without permits. As a result, the nature damage was valued at two billion tenge. Likewise, damage worth 300 million tenge was caused by JSC «EEK ". Claims were submitted to the court by the public prosecutor Irtysh Pavlodar oblast department of ecology. This money was levied on execution in favor of the state , " - said Zhantemir Shakiev, head of the state interests representation in court.

Energy enterprises were punished under "Activities without the permission of the emissions ." According to Shakiev , businesses challenged the decisions of state authorities. According to prosecutors, RGP " KazVodhoz” was also brought to justice.  A number of cases on violations of environmental legislation by Pavlodar entities are being considered.
