In the period from August 20th to October 1st, 2016 in Japan, Kazakhstani specialists attended the educational course "Development of energy saving in the industrial sector", organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Three employees of the JSC “Electric power and energy saving development institute” have participated in the educational course.
All specialists were able to improve their competence in the policy field and in energy saving technologies implemented to improve energy efficiency in enterprises. Educational course program included: providing basic theoretical knowledge; an overview of best practice examples; visits to industrial objects that have successfully implemented energy conservation and energy efficiency activities in their fields.
Also as part of the educational course the implementation of ESCO projects in Japan, the prospects for the development of energy services market were extensively discussed. Discussions and debates on state support measures during the implementation of these projects ESCO were held throughout the course.
At the end of the training course in a solemn ceremony, all participants received certificates, and the Japanese side expressed hope for further cooperation in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency.
